Manjush N M is an experienced maritime professional and the founder of Marino Navale, India's leading marine consultancy. He is also the Managing Partner of the Marino Navale Maritime Institute. Manjush aspired to work in a professional industry since he studied Basic Economics and Mechanical Engineering in college. His great ambition to work in the marine sector landed him a job as a Ship Building Supervisor in a Cochin shipyard with an A-class contracting business. This presented him with a plethora of possibilities that refined his skills as a shipbuilding / Repair & Conversion Engineer. Manjush began his career as a Marine Surveyor with Aries Marine & Engineering Services in the United Arab Emirates in 2000. He visited over 18 countries throughout the world and worked with professionals from various fields. He looked at a variety of opportunities in the oil and gas offshore businesses, as well as rig inspection. He was the Project Coordinator for the HAL ANANT, a cable laying vessel converted to a dive support vessel, which was one of the more complex ship conversion projects. In 2008, he founded Marino Navale Consultancy Private Limited, a marine consultancy, and Marino Navale Maritime Institute, a training center. Over 1200 students have graduated from this course and have been placed in major maritime companies all over the world. The Royal Institute of Naval Architects, London awarded FRINA to Manjush in 2016. The FRINA membership demonstrates his experience and services at par with globally recognised standards of professional competence. As part of the company's social responsibility, He now serves as a Certified Life Coach, assisting people in their professional and personal lives.



Somasekharan is veteran Naval officer, who served in the Navy for over 24 years. Whilst in Indian Naval Service, he served on board many ships including INS Viraat, Ganga, Godavari etc.. He was the officer selected from Navy, by the M/s Hindustan Aeronautics Limited for the development of Naval version of Advanced Light weight Helicopter. In addition to the vast knowledge about marine forces, he has more than a decade of experience in HR and Administration too. After leaving the Naval forces, Somasekharan worked with multiple engineering educational institutions in different capacities. He joined Marino Navale in the year 2014 as General Manager. His leadership, vision, insights and passion has been pivotal for turning Marino Navale into a global leader in marine engineering industry. His seasoned managerial skills in administration and HR management help to pick the best talents for Marino.

Rajan PN is a motivated and enthusiastic expert with considerable experience in ship construction and repair. He worked for Cochin Shipyard Limited, India's finest and well-established shipbuilding enterprise, for 38 years and retired as a Manager Ship Repair. During this time, he has also trained numerous newer members of staff as part of the company's training programme.
